PT Srihapan Mega Persada is a PMA company established in Jakarta on Nov 30, 2010 through Articles of Association No.82 and BKPM approval 02340/1/PPM/PMA. 2010. The Company is a property developer and has license in “Pembangunan dan Pengelolaan gedung perkantoran” where are currently constructing office building in Pantai Indah Kapuk, called The Suites Tower. However, we continue to develop more land bank across Indonesia for future development, such as in Shophouses in Palu, Sulawesi Tengah and soon Housing complex for more affodable price for locals to accommodate the housing need for people in the city, after earthquake and tsunami (see GROWTH).
